Sound and Silence

It might be a cliche but I’m mid-50s, perimenopausal and having an identity crisis.   I don’t have a philosophy but once I do you can be sure I will share it. This site is part of an intentional, intensely personal spiritual journey with destination unknown. I’m also no Julia Robert’s, I despised Eat Pray Love and I can’t make promises of progress in glamorous locations. If that sounds ok, join me and let’s journey together.
